Today, I am sharing a few of my favorites from Miss S.’s photo session. She turned 5 years old this week and each year I have the privilege of documenting her birthday at Valley Forge Park. She has grown so much over the last 4 years and I look forward to this session every November.  You may recognize her from my website and blogs past. I love photographing these boys every year. Mr. N. and Mr. A. always bring the smiles and laughs. Lately my blog posts have been about seeing all my young clients grow and I immediately thought of this image of the these happy boys. It is one of my favorite images featured on the website, it is hard to believe I have been photographing them for almost 4 years and how much they have grown into little men.

“They grow so fast.”  It sounds so cliche, doesn’t it?  There are certainly days as parents it does not feel like it is going by fast. I can name a few days I have felt like that. Like the day where we started tying our own shoes or when we began potty training. Those days did NOT go by fast at that time, but now they seem like a distant memory (well until Grey is ready for them.) Since I do not see some of clients more than once or twice a year I can definitively say “They grow so fast,” and mean it. Mr. Z. was very shy if I remember correctly a couple years ago, now he’s your typical fun-loving, non-stopping young man with his little sister following closely behind him. Thank you for having me out again, enjoy your sneak peek of Mr. Z. and Miss C.

I love all the images I create but there are images how I can sum up why I do what I do and why I love it… below is one of those images… pure perfection to me…

Countdown to Halloween! What are all your kids dressing up as? I have a Mario, Luigi and baby Yoshi. Super Mario Bros. has invaded my house!

Another blog post featuring a few photos from the Fall mini sessions…. I was excited to see Miss. A. and Mr. M. again! I last photographed Mr. M. right before my maternity leave last year when he was a wee newborn. How they grow the first year, even big sister Miss A. is growing into a little lady!  It was lovely seeing you all again.

Fall weather is here! Beautiful leaves and cool, crisp temps have arrived, finally. I had the pleasure of photographing these little brothers last week at the mini-sessions. It it amazing to me how much my littlest clients grow over the year.

I spent the weekend with two of my favorite little boys… my nephews! All boys in our family, that is how we roll. =) Of course I had to bring my camera and when looking at the photos today I realized I never blogged my newest nephew, Jasper. (gasp!) He was born in May (in a car, long story.) I can not believe my sister never mentioned to me that I never blogged Jasper since his older brother Jackson has frequented my blog over the last two years. Can anyone say “Hello, neglectful Aunt Chellie?” So here are a few of my favorites of him over the last couple of months. Jasper is a happy baby and probably has one of the most expressive faces I have seen in a young one. As a newborn, he gave the best “stink eye” probably a trait inherited from his father, luckily he is all about super smiles and silly grins now.

So many new little babies this week! I photographed big sister when she was a newborn (and how lucky both of them are so have such beautiful, dark hair.) I was so happy to see her again as a big sister to her sweet little brother. Additional prints purchased are discounted 15% and Holiday cards purchased are discounted 20%.

$150 retainer* is required to reserve your spot (not a session fee) and will be applied to your balance for the package of your choice. Well it is the middle of July almost and I haven’t blogged at all lately. As I’m sure many of my readers are busy with their families doing the summer things I am as well. My older children are lucky to have a week away from their Mommy this week at camp so my goal is to blog some of the beautiful children and families I have photographed in the last two months. I am also updating the website — woohoo — check back to see those updates in a few days. I will also be announcing some fall promotions in the upcoming weeks.

It is amazing how time flies and how quickly the end of the school year turns into summer and then into fall. Time goes by too fast, I can’t believe my little Grey is 7 months now, I will be posting some photos of him as well this week. (I have to share my cutie too! =) I’ll have more to say this week but until then please let me share this beautiful family I had the pleasure of photographing two months ago, I was so glad to see these beautiful children again.
